It’s been blocked for reason - please help I’m working and can’t send emails!! I’m trying to send off emails today but can’t - I can’t type email addresses into the TO section!!!

I really need to get rid of my Hotmail account…like I really use it for shopping and stuff like that BUT everytime I have to enter in the password there’s an issue. How do I go from the current email I am on, to the next one in the folder without going all the way back into the inbox HazB reported 9 minutes I can't access my emails since Wednesday on my mobile, laptop or tablet but I can do so on my desktop - is there still a problem following the outage earlier this week? Hey happened to the up & down arrows for emails?
